Authority to Operate Accounts Form

Please use the Hour-Glass Authority to Operate Accounts form when opening a new Hour-Glass account or when changing the signatories or other account details for an existing Hour-Glass account.

Online Access Form

To authorise access to your statements and other account data on the client secure website, please use the Hour-Glass Online Access Form.  Please note that account information is available only through the client secure website and that we do not mail out statements.  Therefore it is essential that appropriate personnel are authorised to access the secure website.

Send the completed Authority to Operate Accounts and On-line Access forms to:

Transaction Forms

Please use the appropriate Deposit,  Withdrawal or Transfer form for transactions with your Hour-Glass account.

Please fax the completed form to 02 8259 9499 by 12 midday for same day transactions with the Cash Facility.
