3	Complete the Authority to Operate Accounts Form and the Secure Online Access Form
4	Send the completed form to: Client and Risk Services New South Wales Treasury Corporation Level 22, Governor Phillip Tower 1 Farrer Place SYDNEY NSW 2000

Transacting

1	Complete the deposit, withdrawal or transfer * form
2	Fax the completed form to 02 8259 9499
3a	For deposits:       Make payment to the bank account listed below
3b	For withdrawals:  Funds will be deposited to your bank account

* The transfer form is to be used only if you are transferring funds from one of your accounts to another of your accounts within the same Hour-Glass facility.

Please note that there are requirements for giving notice of transactions, as set out in "Notification Timeframes" in the Terms and Conditions listed in the Investment Brochure.

Making a Payment

Please make payment by EFT, RTGS or Austraclear for value on the transaction day to the following account:
