Asset Allocation

As trustee of each of the Hour-Glass facilities, TCorp determines the strategic mix of sector investments utilising advice from leading asset consultant JANA Investment Advisers Pty Ltd. The current sector asset allocation for the core facilities is as follows:

Cash and Strategic Cash Facilities

The Cash Facility invests in short term assets such as bank bills and other interest rate securities.

The Strategic Cash Facility has its own asset allocation of interest rate securities, including bank floating rate notes.

Growth Facilities

The Medium Term Growth and Long Term Growth Facilities invest in growth assets, comprising shares and property, as well as income sectors.
